1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

• Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery

• Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

• Original tags and packaging must be intact

• Product should not be damaged or altered by the customer

Products failing these conditions may not be eligible for return or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

• Products purchased during special sales or clearance offers

• Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products (if applicable)

• Damaged products due to customer misuse

• Products returned without original packaging or tags

3. Exchange Policy

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If the requested size is unavailable, customers may receive:

• Store credit, or

• Refund as per eligibility

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refund timelines:

• Prepaid Orders: Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 5–7 business days

• COD Orders: Refund may be processed via bank transfer or store credit

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the wrong or damaged product was delivered.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

• Order ID

• Product images

• Issue details

Our support team will assist you with priority resolution.

6. Return Pickup

Return pickup availability depends on serviceability in your area.

If reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be requested to self-ship the product to the provided return address.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.

Once the order is shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
